To participate in the auction, the user is required to send a scanned accounting copy of the deposit payment with the CRO code to: info@gobid.it, along with a copy of a valid identity document in the name of the individual or legal representative of the company participating in the online auction and chamber of commerce registration in case of a company.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered solely as goods to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Bankruptcy for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, any goods not compliant with safety regulations, as they do not have the CE mark, will be sold for exclusive repair purposes, i.e. to companies and/or companies authorized for repair for compliance, in view of future use, once restored and brought into compliance".

Therefore, it will be necessary to request that those who register for the auction for the purchase of goods without the CE mark carry out this type of activity by producing a chamber of commerce registration or certificate because the activity must be explicitly stated in the corporate purpose.
