invites you to send expressions of interest aimed at purchasing the investment held in the company Ulock s.r.l., tax code and registration number in the Business Register 08706730960, VAT number 08706730960, REA n. MI-2044067, with registered office in Milan (MI), Galleria Pattari n. 2, for a share equal to 80% of the share capital, equal to a nominal amount of Euro 8,000.00.

The manifestations of interest in the purchase must provide for better conditions than the irrevocable purchase proposal already in the proceedings, including any guarantees and / or deposits, for a total amount of € 1.00.

Expressions of interest, which must be formulated exclusively in Italian, indicating the consideration to be offered, the guarantees and any other qualifying element of the offer itself must reach the Curator's office by 13:00 on 08/02/2022 to the certified e-mail address f456.2020milano@pecfallimenti.it.

This notice does not imply any obligation on the procedure, nor any commitment for the sale of the business unit to any interested parties, nor any charge, not even potential, for any mediation and / or advice.

MI-2044067, con sede legale in Milano (MI), Galleria Pattari n. 2, per una quota pari all’80% del capitale sociale, pari a nominali Euro 8.000,00. Le manifestazioni di interesse all’acquisto dovranno prevedere condizioni migliorative rispetto alla proposta irrevocabile di acquisto già agli atti della procedura, ivi incluse eventuali garanzie e/o cauzioni, per un importo di complessivi € 1,00. Le manifestazioni d’interesse, che dovranno essere formulate esclusivamente in lingua italiana, indicanti il corrispettivo che si intende offrire, le garanzie ed ogni altro elemento qualificante l’offerta medesima dovranno pervenire allo studio del Curatore entro le ore 13:00 del giorno 08/02/2022 all’indirizzo di posta certificata f456.2020milano@pecfallimenti.it.
