Transfer of Tax Credits Pro Soluto from Bonus 110%

Pro soluto transfer of the credit towards the treasury registered in the tax drawer for a total of € 251,711.25 (two hundred fifty-one thousand seven hundred eleven/25) usable by the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, composed as follows:

€ 81,654.00 (eighty-one thousand six hundred fifty-four/00) usable for the 2024 fiscal year, tax code 7718, deriving from Superbonus 110 discount art. 119 DL n. 34/2020;
€ 170,057.25 (one hundred seventy thousand fifty-seven/25) usable for the 2024 fiscal year, tax code 7719, deriving from Superbonus 110 discount art. 119 DL n. 34/2020, option from April 1, 2023.

Once the entire auction price and other required charges have been collected, following a timely request from the curator, the Delegated Judge will authorize the Curator to carry out, within the following 5 days, the transfer of tax credits in favor of the successful bidder on the Revenue Agency Platform.
