For sale are plants and equipment for the production of construction materials such as concrete plant, Schnell machinery for cutting iron, overhead crane, and equipment such as generator and compressor
Bids can also be made on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots for auction.
The buyers/awardees of the movable goods, before the withdrawal operations begin, must be equipped with a P.O.S. (Operational Safety Plan) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical measures necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the withdrawal operations are initiated.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
The procedure is not registered with the VIES. VAT will therefore be due even for intra-community buyers.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those regarding prevention and safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer who will bear any costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as sold solely as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the awardee is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
