The undersigned Bankruptcy Trustee Dr. Elisabetta De Toma, having received an irrevocable offer for the purchase for a consideration of € 2,000.00 plus VAT,

Anyone interested in sending improved and irrevocable purchase offers for the SINGLE LOT consisting of movable property consisting of furniture, office furniture, signs, notebooks, computers, uninterruptible power supplies, printers, telephones, air conditioners

 

In the event of submission of offers for improvement, on 9 September at the office of Dr. Elisabetta De Toma, any envelopes received will be opened, the validity of the offers presented and the immediate informal tender between the bidder will be checked. original and those who have submitted a valid improved offer - which are therefore considered to be summoned from now on - starting from the highest bid, with minimum increases of € 500.00 (five hundred / 00), with awarding to the highest bidder

 

Anyone intending to submit offers for improvements must deposit, at the office of Dr. Elisabetta De Toma, in Chiampo (VI), Piazzale Mondelange, n. 2, by 12.00 on 9 September 2022, offer with stamp duty of € 16.00 in a sealed envelope, addressed to Dr. Elisabetta De Toma, containing an indication of the price offered, not lower than the price of the original offer and attaching a non-transferable cashier's check made out to "Bankruptcy 143/2019 Vicenza Court" for an amount equal to at least 10% of the price offered.
