    Descrizione (IT)In vendita crediti nominali verso clienti per l'importo complessivo di € 277.132,42., iscritti a bilancio di una società in fallimento che ha terminato l'attività commerciale ad inizio 2018.    Tali crediti sono così organizzati:  - un primo gruppo di crediti - per l’ammontare di € 95.000,00 - sono riferibili ad aziende non più esistenti o fallite e, in ogni caso, già prescritti alla data del fallimento;  - un secondo insieme di crediti, maturati fino all’anno 2011, per l’importo di € 97.000,00, erano stati ceduti a una società di recupero crediti che, in seguito a tentativi infruttuosi, li ha restituiti alla società in fallimento;  - un terzo gruppo di crediti, per un valore di € 85.000,00, era stato ceduto a una società di recupero crediti senza che questa desse corso al recupero, sia in ragione degli eccessivi oneri, sia per la natura delle debitrici, già fallite o pacificamente insolventi.    La quota IVA di tali crediti è già stata compensata dalla società in fallimento    L'elenco dei crediti potrà essere richiesto all'indirizzo gobid@pec.it
