NOTICE
sale with competitive procedure and offers in paper form of the following movable assets, in a single lot:
n. 5 pallets of leathers of various kinds, colors and sizes as inventoried according to the minutes of March 9, 2015;
at the base price of € 1,000.00, plus VAT to the extent required by law

ESTABLISHES
That the sales operations will take place on 12 July 2022 at 12.00 in front of the Delegated Judge, in Avellino, on the third floor of the Palazzo di Giustizia of Avellino in Piazza d'Armi.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The purchase offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to be deposited at the bankruptcy registry by 12:00 on the day before the date of the sale. - The offer must contain:
