"The Official Receivers Danilo Cannella and Luisa Primatesta inform that a set of machinery, equipment and warehouse stocks owned by the bankruptcies in question are being sold. These are assets for consulting, marketing, designers, design, engineering, prototyping and production of mechatronic and warehouse equipment
Interested parties must by 11/28/2019 at h. 15.00 deposit in the study of Dr. Luisa Primatesta in Milan corso Sempione 32 / A, in closed anonymous envelope irrevocable purchase offers for an amount greater than €. 105,000.00 plus VAT, paid at 20% by bank transfer to the current account n. IT86B0306909462100000590005 which provide for: balance payment by bank transfer within one day of acceptance of the offer, collection of the goods within 30 days from the payment of the price with an extension of a further 15 days and a penalty of €. 400.00 per day in case of delay. The buyer is responsible for the costs of dismantling and removing the goods, by specialized subjects, with the obligation to restore the premises due to necessary interventions or damage. The transfer of ownership of the XRAY PHOENIX is conditioned to the necessary administrative authorizations"
