NOTICE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FOR THE PURCHASE OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT
PREVENTIVE AGREEMENT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY MOENESI S.R.L.

It is hereby announced that an irrevocable offer has been submitted in the Preventive Agreement Plan of C.E.M. s.r.l.
for the purchase of:

SINGLE LOT

Machinery, construction equipment, furniture and technical and administrative office equipment
for the complete list of goods, please refer to the attached sales notice

Condition of the goods: free.

Amount of irrevocable offer: € 56,000.00 plus VAT if due.


The sale will be made as a whole and not by measure, therefore, any differences in measurement will not give rise to any compensation, indemnity or price reduction; furthermore, it will be made in the actual and legal state in which the aforementioned goods are currently located, with the successful bidder bearing any potential responsibility and obligation in administrative matters, workplace safety, health, and fire prevention. The sale must be considered forced and therefore not subject to the rules concerning warranty for defects or lack of quality, nor can it be revoked for any reason: the existence of any defects, lack of quality or discrepancies of the sold item, charges of any kind for any reason not considered, even if hidden and not highlighted, will not give rise to any compensation, indemnity or price reduction.

The submission of expressions of interest with irrevocable upward offers must be sent via P.E.C. cpcemtrento@pecconcordati.it to the Judicial Commissioner from December 18, 2024, at 12:00 to January 31, 2025, at 12:00.

Should improved expressions of interest be received compared to the above-mentioned irrevocable offer, the Court or the Delegated Judge will order a competitive sale auction on the portal www.gobid.it, with a commission charged to the successful bidders equal to 10% + VAT to be calculated on the final award value.
