It is highlighted that the assets are being sold in their entirety, considering that a preliminary sale agreement was signed on 04/05/2022, regularly recorded, concerning the transfer in favor of the company in bankruptcy - already the owner of the 1/2 share - or to third parties to be named of the remaining share of the lands, which will therefore be transferred after the award.
The area, in relation to the historic center of the town, is located in the buffer zone between the central nucleus and the "peripheral" part to the south, near the National Road, which is the main road of the town, and precisely between via Lu Calteri – via Monte Grappa – via Lu Gialdinu and via Tibula.
