Inside the premises of the property, furniture, machinery, and office electronic machines are deposited. These assets are an integral part of the sale in the quantity and measure existing at the date of delivery of the property, except for any assets that will be reported by the curators at the aforementioned date. For the aforementioned assets, the buyer agrees to grant the curators 3 months for their possible removal.
