Electric line, laboratory and forklifts

We inform you that in Section V of the Liquidation of the Ordinary Insolvency of Creditors 44/2011 of the company "GALLEGA DE MOLIENDA DE CLINKER, SL" which is followed at the Commercial Court n. 2 of A Coruña, an offer of 350,000 euros was made for the purchase of the following batch of goods:

 

Lot subject of the offer:

 

- High voltage power line from the Piadela Industrial Zone Substation (Betanzos) to the Coirós Industrial Zone.

- Caterpillar DP70 forklift

- PISMEPO forklift

- Laboratory equipment: analyzer, water and oil bath, spectrophotometer, PH meter, heating stirrer, manipulation chamber, electric muffle furnace, analytical balance, electric furnace, polymerization chamber, testing machine, multitest machine, furnace electric, precision balance, sample stirrer, fume hood, x-ray spectrometer, laboratory automation system.

 

Rules for submitting an offer:

 

1. Announcement for the submission of offers: It will be published in a daily newspaper in A Coruña, in the Public Bankruptcy Register and in the Single Judicial Board of Directors of the BOE.

 

2. Presentation of offers, form and deadline: interested parties will present their offers in a sealed envelope addressed to the Lawyer of the Administration of Justice of the Mercantile Court n. 2 of A Coruña. They will have to indicate the postal address, telephone and e-mail address for the purposes of notifications deriving from the contract. The offers will be formulated without including the amount corresponding to the VAT, which will be accrued and added to the price offered at the time of issue of the sales invoice by the bankruptcy administration. Offers can be submitted within fifteen calendar days of the last notice.

 

3. Delivery: Together with the offer, proof of payment will be presented on the deposit account of the Commercial Court n. 2 of A Coruña of the deposit in the amount of 150,000 euros.

 

4. Opening of the offers: Once the deadline for the presentation of the offers has come, the Court will give the task of opening the envelopes in the presence of the Lawyer of the Administration of Justice and of the bankruptcy administration.

 

5. Award: The bidder who submits the offer with the highest amount will be awarded.
