The lease contract relates to the business unit located in Via I ° Maggio Pontecchio Marconi 40037 Sasso Marconi (BO), consisting of the buildings, plants and equipment necessary for the production of components using lost wax casting technology. design in steel, aluminum and special alloys of various shapes and sizes. The perimeter of the company branch can be integrated with equipment present in the Mortara plant that the tenant can transfer to Sasso Marconi at his own expense.

 

Duration: the rental contract will have a duration of one year, extendable for another year in the event of proven production and / or economic needs

 

Rent: the annual rent cannot be less than € 30,000.00 (thirty thousand / 00) plus legal accessories if due, to be paid in advance quarterly installments.

 

Interested parties must send the rental offers of the business unit to the office of the Curator Dott. Massimo Mustarelli in Pavia Via Moruzzi 45 / c, in a special sealed envelope, no later than 12.00 on 20/02/2022.
