Company branches - GSE affiliated photovoltaic plants
Creditors Agreement n. 58/2020 - Milano Law Court
SALE NOTICE
"The U.E. Spa in arrangement with creditors is the owner of 14 photovoltaic systems in operation, of which 13 are still productive, partly owned and partly under finance leases, affiliated with GSE (energy accounts from II to V), located in the regions of Calabria, Puglia, Abruzzo, Marche , Lombardia, with unitary powers from 500 to 1,000 Kwp, for a total of about 10,000 Kwp.
For one of the aforementioned plants, a preliminary sale agreement is pending, not yet executed, from which the company in composition has requested authorization for its dissolution pursuant to art. 169 bis of the bankruptcy law.
The Company has received two irrevocable purchase offers, namely:
- an offer for LOT 1, consisting of 12 business branches, for the total consideration of € 5,500,000.00, which will be reduced to € 4,717,812.00 for only 11 business branches in the event that in the bankruptcy court does not grant authorization for the dissolution of the preliminary contract referred to in the previous paragraph;
- an offer for LOT 2, consisting of a single "widespread" plant of approximately 455 Kwp (V energy account) located in the municipality of Settimo Milanese for the consideration of € 40,000.00.
