NOTICE OF SALE OF LEASE OF BUSINESS UNIT
The object of the lease contract is the entire complex of organized assets constituting the business branch intended for the handicraft activity of upholstery and the production and wholesale and retail trade of interior and exterior furnishing items.
In detail, the company branch is made up of:
- Real estate with the exception of those located in Arzachena (SS);
- Movable property, plant, machinery, furniture, electronic machines;
- "Italpoltrone" distinctive sign used there;
The company branch will be leased for a minimum monthly fee of €. 3,000.00 (three thousand Euros/00) plus VAT. The lease agreement for the business unit will take effect from the date of stipulation of the relative agreement and will expire on 27 December 2027.
The irrevocable rental offers must be presented, in an irrevocable form, by hand, at the office of Dr. Giuliano Cervini, located in Perugia, Via Campo di Marte 9, in a sealed envelope without any sign of recognition by deposit by 12.00 of 06/14/2023.
