The business branch is rented by a third party, upon payment of a monthly rent of Euro 500 plus VAT, without right of pre-emption, with the right of the Procedure to unilaterally withdraw from the rental contract, without any compensation obligation, at the time of the award, without payment to the tenant of any compensation or liability for debts accrued to the tenant.

 

The properties are leased and are not part of the business unit.
