NOTICE
Summary of the invitation to express interest
•subject of the offer: the purchase of the company, already leased including movable assets and employees assigned to it;
•deadline for the invitation to express interest: 09.02.2025;
•subject of the expression of interest: purchase of the company;
•sale price: € 39,000.00 (thirty-nine thousand/00);
•deadline for purchasing the company: 30 days from the conclusion of the competitive procedure related to the purchase of the company.
It is specified that the offer implies, in compliance with art. 2112 c.c. and art. 47 co. 4 bis L. 428/90, the transfer of employees existing at the time of the company transfer act.
Invitation to express interest
The undersigned judicial commissioner, as ordered by decree of 09.12.2024 by the Court of Terni, intends to acquire any expressions of interest for the sale of the company of the company in pre-arranged agreement, reserving, at the outcome, the determination of the conditions of the possible procedure according to the provisions of art. 91 co. 3 CCII.
Interested parties, by no later than 09.02.2025, must send their expressions of interest to the undersigned judicial commissioner, via certified mail to the address: aeisrl@pecconcordati.it indicating:
•the data of the interested party. The expression of interest must be accompanied by a certificate of registration with the Chamber of Commerce and, if it is a company, by documentation attesting the powers conferred on the legal representative or the signatory of the offer;
•the offered consideration which, in any case, must not be less than € 39,000.00;
•an irrevocable declaration of commitment to participate in the subsequent competitive procedure.
