The auction is subject to a reserve price. The best offer resulting from the competitive sales experiment carried out on the Platform will be subject to final approval by the Property, which reserves the right to accept it or not, even if the reserve price is reached. The Property, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to communicate any impediments to the acceptance of the offer within the term of not less than 30 working days from the end of the auction.

Without prejudice to the aforementioned checks carried out by the Property, the offer received will be considered confirmed only after payment of the sale price, plus VAT if due, the appraisal costs of € 650.00 + VAT, and the costs for the service sales (Buyer's Premium), plus VAT.
