- Augmentative Communication Software based on Artificial Intelligence called "BrainControl AAC", patented in Italy (application no. 102015000052009), Japan (application no. 2018-514885), USA (application no. 15/760.972), China (patent no. 2016800667169) and with a patent application filed but not yet granted in Europe (application no. 16795407.2);

- exclusive right to use the domain braincontrol.com, domain expired on 16/05/2024 (therefore, it is the responsibility and expense of the bidders to reactivate such domain, if possible);
- exclusive right to use the domain braincontrol.eu.
