The commercial/artisanal complex consists of:
- sub 11 commercial/artisanal develops on the ground floor and consists of a loading and unloading area for milk, with attached control room and cooling room and services, engine room, service block, three areas used for storage, aging and packaging of cheeses, cheese treatment room, cold room, shipping areas with adjacent service block and changing room, for a total gross area of approximately 1,619 sqm. It has variable internal heights of approximately 6.80/7.40 m for the storage and preservation areas, 4.25/4.10 m for the packaging and service portion
- sub 12 cellar/storage masonry structure in precarious condition and develops a gross area of approximately 64 sqm with an average internal height of about 4.00 m;
- sub 13 residence with an area of 174 sqm - building facing the street on two floors above ground, and consists on the ground floor of a porch, entrance, living room, kitchen, hallway and utility room, accessible also from the outside, bathroom on the mezzanine floor and on the first floor from a corridor, three bedrooms and a loggia. The floors are connected by an internal staircase; on the first floor two doors connect with the adjacent unit sub 14;

The exclusive uncovered courtyard consists of m.n. 487 sub 7 (bcnc, courtyard) and the adjacent land located to the west m.n. 538, with a cadastral area of 845 sqm, which form a single area serving all the buildings with a total uncovered area of approximately 3,057 sqm.
Predominantly paved in smoothed concrete, with portions of garden and trees for the area in front of the house and offices and kept as unpaved for the part at the back and along the east side of the complex. In the uncovered area there are:
- the purification plant measuring approximately 5.6 x 13.7 m, consisting of a storage and homogenization tank, fat condensate, sludge storage tank, oxygenation tank, and discharge tank;
