The portion of the property is part of the larger industrial complex described below:

Industrial building located in the immediate vicinity of the expressway in Variante alla Flaminia (ex .SSn°3), 2 km away from the Colle–Gaifana junction.
The building was built in various periods in succession starting from 1982 up to the last extension in 2002.
The construction system in concrete cast on site for the part in elevation, while the roof was made with shed type tiles of c.a.p.
The infill panels were placed in concrete block masonry, with partly sliding metal and polycarbonate window frames above; there is an industrial-type flooring in all areas except for the offices which were made of marble.

The regular mesh pilaster is articulated in a homogeneous way, of dimensions cm. 60 by 110 with a height of 8 metres, on which double T-shaped beams support the prefabricated roof; called horizontal elements
height of 200 cm, limiting the internal height to 7.50 meters from the intrados of the beam to the finished floor.
While the part obtained in the orthogonal span, from the extrados to the intrados of the same, in fact constitutes the Technical Volume suitable for housing various overhead cranes with a capacity of 25 tons.
The roof made with prefabricated elements in HPV type prestressed reinforced concrete resting on –Selle- in reinforced concrete by means of a hinged connection.

Sub 7 represents the caretaker's/concierge lodge which will be co-owned with the remaining portions of the industrial building.
