House Sub. 9 - The main house is distributed over two levels. Internally, the house is finished with painted wood boiserie, Venetian terrace flooring, marble stairs, marble bathroom coverings. On the first floor, the rooms have wooden flooring. At the plant level, the air conditioning is implemented with a radiant floor, both for heating and cooling. Furthermore, there is a dehumidification system, serving the underfloor cooling. The electrical system has home automation management and there are speakers for sound diffusion and connection points to the television network in all rooms.

Dependance Sub. 16, Storage Room Sub. 15, swimming pool and Heating plant sub. 17 – The annex is part of a structure that includes a roof, a storage room, pergolas on brick pillars and an indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool and the pergolas, in addition to having photovoltaic panels placed on wooden roofing beams, also have sandwich panels placed below the photovoltaic field, which, with continuity, completely cover these structures. These are different and abusive works that will have to be restored to correspond to the approved project, essentially removing the sandwich paneling that acts as a roof and then reassembling the photovoltaic panels that are authorized by the building permit. The heating plant was built in a position detached from the house. There are two heat pumps, the circulation pump group, the air recovery system, the inverters as well as the boilers and all the systems that manage the systems of the building complex. This is certainly a complex and advanced system even if, as already illustrated previously, steps were subsequently taken to integrate the planned system by installing an additional gas boiler within the living area.

The buildings are registered at Real Estate Registry of City of Vicenza at sheet  66 - Parcel 253  

It will be the obligation of the purchaser of the real estate complex to proceed with the presentation of an amnesty project with the aim of removing the discrepancies compared to what was authorized in the building project. Subsequently, once the works have been carried out, the buyer will have to proceed with the new cadastral variation in order to draw up a land registry that complies with what is authorized at an urban building level.
