The property in question, located in an urbanized area located close to other artisanal and industrial activities which give the area a point of reference for the local market, develops along a completely flat valley located 8 kilometers from the A14 motorway exit of Grottammare and 10 kilometers from the state road Adriatica can be reached directly along the Provincial Road n. 92 eastbound.
The building, with a completely fenced area, can be divided into two distinct portions, the one facing the road located parallel to Provincial Road no. 92 and the warehouse built in several phases and the result of expansions.
