The structures are made of stone and brick, with sloping roofs.
The building registered as a home is actually not habitable and would require extensive renovation to make it so. Just as the deposits are in a situation of precarious stability.
The land is surrounding the buildings, it is flat, irregularly shaped arable land, easy to reach and cultivate.
The buildings were built on the former site 46, all before 1 September 1967.
Since these were rural buildings not registered at the time, they were regularized with the transition to urban on 13.9.2010.
