GIVE ORDER
the initiation of a competitive procedure pursuant to art. 163 bis l. bankruptcy. aimed at identifying any other interested in renting and invites anyone interested to submit a specific irrevocable rental offer, in compliance with this notice, nevertheless taking into account the methods described below.
The judicial hearing on September 8, 2021, at 13:00 in front of the Delegated Judge Dr. Sara Trabalza at the Court of Spoleto, is fixed for the examination and resolution on the offers and/or for the tender between any bidders.
The offers must be submitted, irrevocably, by hand, at the office of Dr. Fabrizio Sciri, located in Marsciano, Viale della Vittoria, n ° 23, in a sealed envelope without any sign of recognition by deposit by 12.00 am of the day before the competitive procedure experiment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY BRANCH
The business unit is made up of the following capital and functional goods for the exercise of the business and the following certificates:- Industrial plant and registered office located in Bevagna;
- Real estate: availability in their de facto and legal state of the following real estate registered at the NCU of the Municipality of Bevagna, at Sheet 41, Parcel 29, Category D/7, annuity 26.146,00 at Sheet 41, Parcel 269, Category D / 7, annuity 5,146.00 and all the surrounding land owned by the company (as analytically described in the appraisal prepared by the engineer Andrea Cantoni published together with this Notice to which reference is made for all purposes and effects of this procedure );
- Movable assets, equipment, machinery, plants and scallops (as analytically described in the appraisal prepared by the engineer Fabrizio Poltronieri and related annexes published together with this Notice to which reference is made for all purposes and effects of this procedure);
- Business start-up;
- Individual figurative trademark, registered at EUIPO, on 06/12/2010 with expiry 07/05/2030, (as analytically described in the appraisal prepared by Dr. Giovanni Merletti and related attachments published together with this Notice to which refers to all purposes and effects of this procedure).
The company branch is currently owned and managed by the applicant company.
The lessee undertakes to take over the contracts specified above by taking over the payment of the remaining installments, estimated at € 162,774.00, as per the expert's report pursuant to Article 161, paragraph 3 of the L.F. attached to the composition plan, expressly releasing society from the joint and several payment obligations in the aforementioned contracts, in addition to the payment to the grantor of a consideration of € 200,000.00, to be paid in monthly installments for the entire duration of the business branch lease .
The business unit will be leased at the minimum monthly fee of €. 10,000.00 (Euro ten thousand / 00) plus VAT for a period not exceeding 3 years renewable once for the same period, with express declaration of acceptance of a company release clause with a notice of 6 months in case of sale of the same by the bodies of the procedure.
