Invitation to present, within the day 07.05.2021 at 11.00 am at the office of the curator, dr. Gabriele Zito, in Bari at via de Rossi 57, purchase offers for the following property:

 

 

SINGLE LOT: SITMA machine, intended for counting newspaper copies as well as for

print at the bottom of the recipients of the same (newspaper subscribers).

 

Content of the purchase offer

 

- identification of the lot for which the offer is being submitted

- identification of the bidder, with indication of tax code and VAT number;

- copy of identity document (valid) and updated chamber of commerce registration;

- contact details of the bidder (postal, fax and email or certified e-mail);

- identification of the insolvency procedure (ie bankruptcy 39/2020);

- price offered, plus VAT;

- signature of the bidder.

 

How to submit the offer

 

The offer must be filed by 11.00 on 07.05.2021 at the office of the curator Dr. Gabriele Zito in Bari at via de Rossi 57, in a sealed envelope headed to the Court of Bari RF 39/2020 - purchase offer of 07.05.2021. The studio receives from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00.
