Please note that this amnesty can be presented, as established by article 46 paragraph 5 of the Presidential Decree. 380/2001 within one hundred and twenty days of the notarial deed. The costs necessary for the planning in the amnesty and cadastral variation amount to approximately €6,344.00 inclusive of VAT and cash, excluding the oblation and secretarial/investigation rights to the municipality of Trivento.
