Dr. Patrizia Rosanna Goffi, Trustee of Bankruptcy n. 31/2014 declared by the Court of Tempio Pausania, authorized by the Creditors Committee formed pursuant to art. 40 bankruptcy law and in accordance with the amendment to the Liquidation Program approved on 07.07.2021, intends to initiate the joint
sale
procedure, pursuant to art. 107 paragraph 1, Bankruptcy Law, of the entire real estate complex or, of the building owned by Bankruptcy GEOGRAMMA SRL jointly with that owned by Bankruptcy GEOCOSTRUZIONI SRL.The examination of the offers and the execution of any tender will be carried out through the portal www.spazioaste.it. The electronic envelopes containing the offers will be opened by the Official Receiver on 03.10.2023 at 15:00.
The purchase offers must be filed, in the manner indicated, by the day before the sale hearing, by sending them to the certified e-mail address of the Ministry of Justice offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The competitive sale will take place under the following conditions:
1) Single Lot base price € 1,290,000.00
2) minimum raises made of €10,000.00
SINGLE LOT
- Full ownership of the Geogramma Bankruptcy of a Building used for "offices and private studios" located in Olbia (SS) - Via Nicolò Lamberti n.4 - with a commercial area of approximately 1,415 square meters consisting of three floors above ground and one basement.
The property being sold is listed separately in the N.C.E.U. of the Municipality of Olbia (SS) to:
§ Sheet 30, Map 5538, Subordinate 1, category A/10, consistency 28.5 rooms;
§ Sheet 30, Map 5538, Subordinate 2, category A/10, consisting of 23 rooms.
- Full ownership of the Geoconstruction bankruptcy of a residential building located in Olbia (SS) - Via Nicolò Lamberti n.4 - with a commercial area of approximately 608 m2, also including uncovered areas, consisting of three
floors above ground and one basement.
§ sheet 30, cadastral map 5538, subordinate 4, category A/2, consisting of 12 rooms;
§ Sheet 30, cadastral map 5538, subordinate 5, category A/2, consisting of 4 rooms.
Occupancy status: the office building is currently unoccupied and not in operation. Inside there are part of the movable assets of the bankrupt company.
The residential property is currently occupied by virtue of a lease stipulated with the bankruptcy procedure.
