Flat land with a total area of 18,054 sqm just 800 meters from the Caserta Nord motorway exit of the A2 Naples-Rome in the industrial area of the ASI agglomeration of Ponteselice.

In the general variant of the Casagiove PRG which came into force following publication in BURC 13 of 21 February 2011, the land mostly falls (around 16,000 sqm) in the D1 production plants homogeneous area and to a lesser extent (around 2,000 sqm) in the F5 – area in front of road and railway lines.

The D1 zone allows the destination to production plants or similar ones, such as wholesale sales outlets, merchant equipment, depots, warehouses and warehouses.
