HAS

the initiation of a competitive procedure pursuant to art. 163 bis l. fail. aimed at identifying any other interested parties to rent and invites anyone interested to present a specific irrevocable rental offer, in compliance with this notice, nevertheless taking into consideration the methods described below.

The hearing of 9 March 2023, at 12.00 pm before the Delegated Judge Dr. Sara Trabalza at the Court of Spoleto, has been set for the examination and resolution on the offers and/or for the tender between several possible bidders.

PRESENTATION OF OFFERS: METHOD AND CONTENT
1. The company branch will be leased for a minimum monthly fee of €. 2,000.00 (two thousand Euros/00) plus VAT. The lease contract for the business unit will take effect from the date of stipulation of the relevant contract and will expire on 25 March 2024

The offers must be presented, in irrevocable form, by hand, at the office of Dr. Alessio Federiconi, located in Perugia, Via Campo di Marte 19, in a sealed envelope without any sign of recognition by deposit by 12.00 pm on the previous day the competitive procedure experiment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY BRANCH
The subject of the lease contract is the entire complex of organized assets constituting the business branch intended for the business activity operating in the field of construction works in general. In detail, the company branch is made up of:
-Real estate;
- Movable property, scutching, machinery, furnishings, electronic machines, vehicles (Annex A);
- Distinctive signs used therein;
- Organization management system compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and subsequent amendments and additions.
The real estate properties involved in the rental (indicative surface area 60% of the spaces better highlighted in yellow in the attached plans - annex B) in addition to the common areas and the pedestrian and vehicular accesses, front, side and behind, are identified in the land registry as follows :
- Industrial plant and registered office located in the Municipality of Trevi, Via Deruta registered in the NCU of the Municipality of Trevi as follows:
- sheet 10, particle 529, Voc. Matigge, floor: T-1, category D/1, cadastral income €4,565.48; to the Land Registry, sheet 10, parcel 528 - 627 - 1520 - 1524 - 1527 - 1529 - 1534 - 1598 - 1649 - 1652 - 1655.
The rent does not include the inventories with which the company is equipped, consisting of the material used in the production process.
The company branch is currently held and managed by the company S. Costruzioni s.r.l. under the contract stipulated on 26/3/2019 and mentioned above.
