The land is partly used for golf courses and partly portion of access road and is located within the golf courses of the Villafranca di Verona club.
The real estate complex consists of two buildings under construction, one of which is used as a dwelling and one as a warehouse.

It is noted that the current layout of the game paths may differ from that indicated in the appraisal and which do not include complete paths but only some portions.

From the attached appraisal it emerges that the construction of the new building, not completed, was carried out following the filing of Work Start Declaration (D.I.A.) and not to request a Building Permit. Furthermore, anomalies were found in the alternating heights of the building, in particular there is a difference in height equal to about 10 cm between what was found on site by the expert and what is indicated on the project table.

At present, the assets are used without title by an unlicensed subject. The Court of Verona, with executive and definitive ruling, has already ordered the immediate release of the aforementioned assets to the "Fallimento Sviluppo Golf di Bartolini Ferruccio Srl, n. 101/2013" - Verona Law Court
