- the vehicles offered for sale will be delivered to the successful bidder only after completion of the
change of ownership; to this end, the curator will indicate the agency that will make the switch
owned by the vehicles;
- the successful bidder / purchaser is responsible for all costs and accessory charges for the award, therein
including expenses related to the transfer of ownership, the acquisition of the duplicate card of
circulation and cancellation of any encumbrances.
