Business Unit  - Photovoltaic System

The price of 150,000 is broken down into 25,000 for surface rights and 125,000 for the remaining assets of the photovoltaic system.

This is an economically organized set of goods and relationships consisting of:

- Photovoltaic system sold in superficial property for a duration of 20 (twenty) years, installed in part on the solar pavement registered in the Land Registry of Castelvetro Piacentino (PC) at Sheet no. 10, Particle n. 445, sub. 2, peak power 99.97 kW, POD IT001E53213653, GSE identification no. 200535, GSE convention n. E06F26780807 and partly on the roof of the neighboring building;

- the superficial property for the duration of 20 (twenty) years of the real estate unit which is part of a building, built under surface rights, located in the Municipality of Castelvetro Piacentino (PC), Via Riccardo Lombardi n. 7 and precisely the photovoltaic system registered in the Building Registry of Castelvetro Piacentino (PC) on Sheet 10, Mappale 445, Sub. 2.

- the right of way from the entrance to the courtyard area of ​​the building on the entire perimeter of the building to access the pavement and to position the inverters and transformers, as better specified in the particular conditions referred to below and precisely in paragraph 1);

- the inverters, electrical panels, meters that constitute the energy delivery and reading and measurement point and the transformers located inside the neighboring building, which must be moved as soon as possible to the external wall - east side - of the property identified in Sheet 10, Mappale 445, Sub 1, cat. C / 2, R.C. 2,707.68 euros;

- agreement for the recognition of incentive tariffs for electricity produced by photovoltaic conversion of the solar source, stipulated with the Energy Services Manager no. E06F26780807 (Annex 1);

- total transfer agreement stipulated with the Energy Services Manager no. RID023632 (Annex 2)

- contract for scheduled maintenance and on failure of a photovoltaic system, stipulated with the company ERRECI S.r.l. (Annex 3);

- insurance policy stipulated with Zurich Insurance PLC n. 353A5852 (Annex 4);

- electricity supply contract (Annex 5);
