In case of award of lot 2: the amount due by way of award will be calculated on the basis of the best price reached per ton starting from the value indicated above as the base price. Therefore, the hammer price to be paid will be calculated following the actual weight of the awarded lot. To this end, the (provisional) successful tenderer will be invited to go to a facility indicated by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl, on a date and time that will be specifically communicated within ten days following the (provisional) award, to carry out the weighing operations. of the quantity actually present. The weighing operations will be carried out at the expense of the successful bidder.
Consequently, the payment of the award price of lot 2 must be made by urgent bank transfer no later than 5 days from the conclusion of the weighing operations.
