Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Vse parcele spadajo v načrt parcelacije, ki je opredeljen v veljavnem P.R.G. z oznako PL32, ki je urejen v skladu s členi 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 N.T.A.
Načrt predvideva oblikovanje 24 parcel, od katerih sta dve mešane komercialno/stanovanjske namene; na preostalih se predvideva gradnja enodružinskih in dvodružinskih hiš ter vrste enot. Skupna površina območja po topografski meritvi znaša 21.530 m², kar je nekoliko manj od katastrske površine, ki znaša 22.091 m².
Skupna površina parcel za gradnjo znaša 12.919 m², ki imajo skupno gradbeno kapaciteto 3.183 m² (slp).
Preostala odprta območja so namenjena zelenju in parkiriščem v količini, ki presega standarde (2.435 m² v primerjavi s 1.736 m², predvidenimi v načrtu) ter javni in zasebni prometni infrastrukturi.
