Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Сите мапи спаѓаат во план за лотизација определен во актуелниот П.Р.Г. со ознака PL32 регулиран согласно член 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 од Н.Т.А.
Планот предвидува формирање на 24 лотови од кои два со мешана комерцијална/жителска намена; за останатите се предвидува изградба на еднофамилијарни и двофамилијарни згради и ред на единици. Вкупната површина на областа од топографскиот преглед изнесува 21.530 м², малку помалку од катастарската која изнесува 22.091 м².
Вкупната површина на градежните лотови изнесува 12.919 м² со вкупна градежна капацитет од 3.183 м² (слп).
Останатите откриени области се наменети за зелени површини и паркинг во количина поголема од стандардите (м² 2.435 во однос на 1.736 предвидени во планот) и за јавни и приватни патишта.
