Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Bëhet e ditur se, pas vlerësimit të ofertave të paanulueshme të marrura dhe në prani të ofertave të paanulueshme të blerjes në lotin e plotë, të vlefshme sipas njoftimit të shitjes, mund të pranohen për të marrë pjesë në garë në të njëjtën lot të plotë edhe ofertuesit e loteve individuale.
Për këtë qëllim, ofertuesit, të informuar për rezultatin e mbledhjes së ofertave, do të duhet të dërgojnë sa më shpejt një kërkesë përmes pec tek Procedura dhe tek Gobid International Auction Group Srl, në të cilën tregojnë qëllimin e tyre për të konkurruar ekskluzivisht për blerjen e lotit të plotë, duke integruar depozitën e sigurimit në shumë të barabartë me dallimin midis atij që është tashmë paguar si garanci nga i njëjti ofertues gjatë prezantimit të ofertës së paanulueshme dhe 10% të çmimit bazë të lotit të plotë të shënuar në njoftim. Ofertuesi duhet, pra, të dërgojë në mënyrën e mësipërme një kopje fature të pagesës së bërë për integrimin e garancisë, e cila duhet të jetë kredituar në llogarinë bankare në emër të GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl për qëllime pjesëmarrjeje në garë.
Bëhet e qartë se pjesëmarrja në garën për lotin e plotë do të përjashtojë pjesëmarrjen e të njëjtit ofertues nga garë e mundshme në lotin individual.
