"The Official Receiver announces that, following the approval of the liquidation program by the Creditors Committee and the authorization by the General Manager, the company complex owned by the bankrupt company will be put up for sale in a single lot. the manufacturing and marketing of wooden frames, at the base price of Euro 72,000 (seventy-two thousand / 00).

The company is currently occupied without any title by a company that carries on its business within the industrial building located in the Municipality of Castelfranco Piandiscò (AR), loc. Botriolo, distinguished from the C.F. of the Municipality of Castelfranco Piandiscò (AR) on sheet 28, parcel 116.

The property within which the business is exercised is no longer available to the bankrupt company as it is subject to real estate execution (Real Estate Execution No. 89/2019 of the Gen. Reg. Eg pending at the court of Arezzo) by the land creditor and, therefore, the successful bidder must provide at his own expense to vacate the premises within 60 days of the company being awarded.

Arch. Massimo Gennai, appointed in the Real Estate Execution n ° 89/2019 of the General Reg. Eg, concerning the property in which the activity is carried out, quantified the fair rent in € 2,500 per month and the employment allowance in 1250 euros per month.

The company offered for sale is made up solely of furniture, including furnishings, machinery and plants, and goodwill, as analytically described in the appraisal and related attachments prepared by Dr. Luca Varignani on 08/10/2020"
