The 30-meter berth is part of the Tourist Port of Rome. In the event that the sum of the winning bids received on lot no. 1 should exceed the offer received on lot n. 2, it will be at the discretion of the procedure bodies to decide to proceed with the award of lot n. 1 or lot n. 2.
