The lot consists of:

- Rural plots located in the territory of the Municipality of Portopalo di Capo Passero (SR), bordering and/or facing via Anime Sante, contained between via Vincenzo Bellini and the coastal area, extended overall in cadastral measure ha 12.78.40, all registered to the Land Registry of the Municipality of Portopalo di Capo Passero sheet 42 parcels 252, 249, 130, 143, 133, 156, 144, 149, 151, 99, 129, 108, 107, 1649 and 1636;
- Real estate located in the territory of the Municipality of Portopalo di Capo Passero (SR), falling within the same sector as the rustic funds forming part of the lot, in a state of abandonment and registered as collaborating units, all registered in the register of buildings of the Municipality of Portopalo of Capo Passero sheet 42 parcel 1584/1 and 1399/2.

With reference to the investigations carried out by the technical consultant in terms of urban planning - building and cadastral regularity of the land in question, it should be noted that the examination of the report revealed the following:
the rustic funds have a prevalent urban destination "E" in residual part for Viability - Parking where there are various urban planning constraints including, for part of the funds, the non-building limit pursuant to Regional Law 78/76; please refer to the certificate of urban destination issued on 10/27/2021 (it is represented that with certified email dated 4/18/2023, for which the Municipality of Portopalo di Capo Passero communicated with certified certified email dated 4/18/2023 that " the urban planning destinations indicated in the TOC of 10/27/2020 to date are unchanged");
The properties registered as collaborating units were built prior to 1967.
