Full ownership for the share of 1/1 of the factory located in Andria at Aristofane-katu snc, with a commercial area of 1,457.69 sqm, with an overlying apartment with a commercial area of 111.44 sqm.
The factory consists of bathrooms and changing rooms, offices, technical rooms, cistern, built respectively on the ground floor, mezzanine, and basement. The construction falls within the PIP area of Andria and consists of:
a single-storey shed with an internal height of about 5.00 meters and a gross area of about 1,059.91 sqm; offices on the mezzanine floor with an internal height of about 2.94 meters and a total gross area of about 127.58 sqm, with underlying technical rooms with an internal height of about 2.64 meters and a gross area of about 63.73 sqm; cistern on the second basement floor with a capacity of about 100.00 cubic meters registered as body E. Inside the shed, insulated sheet metal dividing walls have been built, not full height, to partially divide it into areas functional to the production at the time. The offices on the mezzanine floor consist essentially of three rooms and a bathroom that overlook an central area connecting, through door rooms, the shed, the porch, and the staircase of the building. This central area is covered by a glass and anticorodal roof that is partially openable. The apartment consists of a small hallway overlooking the loggia and connecting, without any door, on the left to the kitchen leading to the pantry and on the right to the dining-living room leading to the sleeping area, through another hallway.

The heating system, consisting of fan coils, is connected to the floor boiler powered by propane gas that also produces hot water.
The dining-living room area is equipped with air conditioning. The apartment is also equipped with a system for supplying drinking water and draining wastewater; TV, intercom, and alarm system. The property is finished in every part and in a more than good state of preservation. The entire building - built in 2006 - has 4 floors: 2 above ground and 2 below ground.
