The lands in question are located in an agricultural area about 10 km from the town of Ribera and only 3 km from Cattolica Eraclea
The area is mainly agricultural with some presence of buildings and warehouses used for the management of the land. Currently, the lands are uncultivated.
From the Urban Planning Certificate, it is evident that the parcels fall within Z.T.O. "E", intended for agricultural use, where the construction of buildings and facilities necessary for the exercise of agricultural and livestock activities is allowed according to the provisions of the technical regulations of the current General Master Plan.
