Quarry in Mezzocorona (TN)

The quarry is shown in Table 68 of the P.P.U.S.M. which provides for the extraction of aggregates (Areas for mining activities and related processing. Zones D3)

The land in question is located in an area subject to landslides.

 

The inert limestone and limestone-dolomitic deposit consists of the detrital strata, due to the disintegration of the walls themselves due to the meteoric phenomena that have occurred over thousands of years, and is classifiable as a weakly sandy gravel silty.

 

The pp.ff. subject of the tender are included in the Provincial Plan for the Use of Minerals of the PAT (P.P.U.S.M.). This does not mean an automatic recognition of the actual excavation volumes as the relative authorizations will have to be acquired on the basis of a project that could involve, if and to the extent required in the authorization, the pp.ff. neighbors falling within the same mining context, also following the Environmental Assessment procedure according to current legislation.

 

 

The sale is subject to registration tax and land registry taxes.
