Tenuta Torre Gaia is a tourist and productive complex of great value set in 113 hectares of vineyards in the Regional Park of the Taburno, municipality of Dugenta (BN) in Campania.
The complex consists of the beautiful Country Villa built in the early '900 and the farm, among the first in Campania to produce and export bottled wines Denomination of Origin "Sannio", "Aversa" and "Solopaca".
The property includes a factory for the processing of the grapes which covers 15,000 square meters and the precious "Bottaia", cellar characterized by the majestic oak barrels that you can visit for wine and food tastings.

Sale includes full ownership of the company, organized in the three following business units:
- Exercise of the agricultural production of wine grapes;
- Operation of the processing of the grapes, bottling and marketing of wine;
- Operation of hotel, restaurant and meeting facilities.
The sale will open on march 27 2017 at 10 am and will end on may 11 2017 at 12 am.
